Fog and Cloud at Stone Mountain.

It’s been slow going, editing the 6,800 photos I took on my summer trip. One of the reasons for the slowness is when I come across days that were simply filled with spectacular sights. Then I become a perfectionist and I keep changing them just slightly. This trip was my grandest yet and I want the quality of my edits to echo that.

I really enjoy editing cloud and fog, yet it can be hard work because there is a lot of nuance. In early July, My day hiking Summit Peak in Stone Mountain Provincial Park, BC was filled with so many great scenes of mountains covered in fog. It has taken me a long time to go over these photos. Yet, it’s been a good time because it reminds me of the amazing blessings that God gave me on my trip. And editing these photos kind of keeps those memories alive.

I hope you enjoy this collection of clouds in Stone Mountain.
